🌸 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Progressive Alliance of Women (PAW)

Including Fête en Pink Programs & Memberships

The Progressive Alliance of Women (PAW), including all Fête en Pink programs, is committed to providing clarity and transparency regarding payments, refunds, and cancellations. Please review the policy below before submitting payment for any membership, event, or program.

1. All Payments Are Non-Refundable

All payments made to PAW or Fête en Pink are non-refundable, including:

  • Membership dues

  • Event tickets

  • Workshop registrations

  • Program enrollments

  • Sponsorships

  • Vendor or partner contributions

  • Deposits

  • Donations

 

Because these funds support ongoing outreach, planning, and program costs, refunds cannot be issued for any reason other than a confirmed duplicate payment.

 

2. Membership Cancellations

  • Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of payment.

  • Memberships cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased.

  • If you choose not to continue, simply allow your term to expire at the end of the 12-month period.

 

3. Event & Program Cancellations (By Participant)

If a participant is unable to attend an event or program:

  • No refunds will be issued.

  • You may request a transfer to another date if the program allows it.

  • You may gift or transfer your ticket to another person with PAW’s written approval.

  • Transfers are not guaranteed and depend on availability.

 

4. Event Changes, Postponements, or Cancellations (By PAW)

PAW reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events or programs.

If PAW cancels or reschedules:

  • All registrations will be honored for the new date.

  • If the program is moved online, tickets automatically transfer to the virtual experience.

  • PAW is not responsible for travel, lodging, childcare, or other personal expenses.

 

No refunds will be issued due to rescheduling or format changes.

 

5. Sponsorships & Business Contributions

Sponsorships, partnership packages, business memberships, or vendor fees are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • Considered final once payment is submitted

 

If the associated event is postponed, your sponsorship is carried forward to the rescheduled date.

 

6. Merchandise & Digital Products

  • All digital products, downloads, guides, and toolkits are non-refundable.

  • Custom items (printed, engraved, branded, or designed specifically for you) cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins.

 

7. Duplicate Payments or Processing Errors

If a payment is accidentally submitted twice or a processing error occurs:

  • Email team@pawworldwide.com with your receipt(s).

  • Duplicate charges will be refunded after verification.

  • Processing may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

 

8. Coaching, Consulting & 1:1 Services

  • All coaching or consulting sessions must be paid in advance.

  • Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may be forfeited.

  • Packages and sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
