1. Membership Terms

• Memberships are active for 12 months from the date of payment.

• Memberships renew manually on your anniversary date.

• All memberships are non-transferable.

• Welcome Packets are delivered within 30 days of payment.

• Membership levels determine access to committees, leadership roles, and partnership visibility.

 

2. Payments & Refunds

• All payments made to PAW or Fête en Pink—including memberships, event tickets, programs, sponsorships, contributions, and deposits—are non-refundable.

• Payments must be made through our secure online system.

• Changes to services or scope must be approved in writing and may result in updated pricing.

• Duplicate charges or technical payment errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

3. Event & Program Participation

• Participation in any PAW or Fête en Pink program, event, workshop, or volunteer activity is voluntary.

• PAW reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events or programs.

• If an event is rescheduled, all registrations will be honored for the new date.

• PAW is not responsible for travel, lodging, or personal expenses related to postponed or canceled events.

 

4. Member & Participant Conduct

All members, participants, volunteers, and attendees agree to:

• Maintain respectful, professional conduct.

• Protect confidentiality within wellness programs and safe spaces.

• Avoid harm, harassment, or disruptive behavior.

• Uphold PAW values of community, wellness, empowerment, and inclusivity.

 

PAW reserves the right to remove any member or participant who violates these expectations.

No refunds will be issued in cases of removal due to misconduct.

 

5. Privacy & Data Use

• PAW does not sell, trade, or share personal information.

• Member information is used for communication, program coordination, and operational purposes only.

• By engaging with PAW, you consent to receiving emails and updates related to your membership and PAW/Fête programs.

• You may unsubscribe at any time from non-essential communication.

 

6. Media Release

By attending PAW/Fête en Pink events or programs, you grant permission for PAW to use photos, video, or audio recordings for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify a staff member in writing before the event.

 

7. Liability Waiver

Participation in PAW and Fête en Pink activities may involve personal risk.
By participating, you acknowledge that PAW is not responsible for:

• Personal injury

• Illness

• Property damage

• Loss or theft

• Emotional distress

 

except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by PAW.

8. Indemnification

By participating in PAW or Fête en Pink activities, you agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PAW, Fête en Pink, and their founders, leadership, officers, employees, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your participation

• Your actions or conduct

• Any injury or loss experienced during involvement

 

except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by PAW.

 

You acknowledge participation is voluntary and assume all risks.

 

9. Website Use

By using PAWWorldwide.com, you agree not to:

• Copy or distribute PAW/Fête content without written permission

• Misuse website features or interfere with normal operation

• Upload harmful files or content

 

All branding, materials, program names, and digital assets are intellectual property of PAW.

 

10. Modifications to Terms

PAW reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Members and participants will be notified by email when changes occur.
